Order Delivery
- Delivery dates are given as an indication only. No cancellation or compensation can be claimed.

The customer may, however, request cancellation of the order and reimbursement of any deposit paid if the goods cannot be delivered within three months of order validation. - At the time of delivery, the Customer must check the number and quality of the goods delivered and ensure that they correspond to those ordered.
- In the event of damage or shortage noted on delivery, it is the responsibility of the recipient to make precise mention of this on the delivery note and to exercise any recourse against the carrier, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days, under penalty of foreclosure, in accordance with articles 105 and 106 of the French Commercial Code.
- Any complaints must be sent to us in writing within eight days of receipt of the goods, and before they are used.
- If goods are returned, this will be done after our agreement, at the customer's expense and risk. The return of a product will only give rise to an exchange or a credit note.

Delivery times
- Deliveries are made within TEN (10) days depending on the department in France. Delivery times are given in working days and correspond to the average time required to prepare and dispatch the Order. These delivery times only apply to deliveries within Metropolitan France. For deliveries abroad, delivery times may vary depending on the country concerned.
- Verification of the Order upon arrival. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package and the products upon delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to make any reservations or complaints he/she deems necessary, or even to refuse the parcel. When the parcel is obviously damaged on delivery. Complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within THREE (3) working days, not including public holidays, following the date of delivery of the goods. The Customer must also send a copy of this letter to the Vendor. Failure to lodge a complaint within the aforementioned period or under the aforementioned conditions extinguishes any action against the carrier in accordance with article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
